Proof on a dual language operating system

In another thread, people were saying Microsoft never made a dual
language operating system or there was no such thing.

According to a reader comment a MacOs has this option

Just incase some say’s it was not released. It does not mean it was
not made. Microsoft has made a lot of things that were not released
to the public

How is a 4-year-old article predicting something that never
actually happened proof of anything? And why should we care, anyway?
