Prompt For Password

I need to know if I can prompt a user for a specific password. I have a CSV
file that resides on another server that I am linking to. If I don't
manually log on to the server Access can not find the linked table. If I
connect to the server outside of Access I can get the information in the
table just fine. Access is not pompting me to log in if I have not already
done so (it simply errors saying it can not find the table). Any suggestions
on how to resolve this issue?

are you using a drive letter? try \\servername\sharename\folder\etc...
