Promise FastTrack TX2000 Problems

I have my system on one 120GB harddisk. Additionally I have Promise
RAID controler with 2 160GB Seagate disks in Mirror. Everything was
working OK untill yesterday when after restarting, Windows asked me to
install drivers for Promise card. Why it asked I do not know. It seems
that windows loose the drivers.
From that time I have spent 20 hours installing drivers without result.
Windows do not see the disk connected to the raid card. During the boot
everything look OK. RAID is detecting miror etc.. Please tell me how to
fix the strange problem.

Marcus, try removing the Disks and Card. Restart and let XP load
without them. Then shutdown and
reinstall the card only. Then go into Device Manager and reinstall the
Drivers. It will be under SCSI
Mass Storage Controllers or something similar. Then restart again and
setup your Raid Config with the
drives.
