My projectors are mounted to fully cover the screen based on the (Toshiba)
projector's test pattern. PowerPoint projections run about 10% smaller. Is
there a way around this.

Thanks. You put me on the right trail. It was a matter of changing the
computer's display resilution. Each setting reacts differently--some
oddly--but I found one that works.

Great ...

For future reference, it's always best to find out the maximum resolution supported
by the projector and set your computer to match that.
