Prohibit share folders to users

Hello,

I have a problem with share of files and printers.
I want users cannot share theire files, but I dont want
delete this fonction for administrators group. If I
delete "service share of files and printers" of network
properties, my "server" service doesnt exist. And I want
to start this service. Have you an idea to resolve this
problem?

Remove the Users group from the Share permissions. Do not deny access, just
don't grant it.
