I understand that you are frustrated, but shouting isn't going to help.
The only thing that is going to help is to do proper troubleshooting.
You haven't provided any useful information so that anyone can help
you. Information like system specs, if this always happened, if not
then what changed between the time things worked and the time things
didn't. Are all programs involved, or just a few? Are there any clues
in Event Viewer? Post back with details or take your computer to a good
local computer repair shop. In the meantime, here are generic
troubleshooting steps for you to take:
1) Scan with current antivirus ("current" means a version not later than
2002 but using updated virus definitions); 2) remove spyware with
Spybot Search & Destroy (

scans in Safe Mode; 3) delete temporary and Temporary Internet Files;
4) stop unnecessary services/programs from starting with Windows - see
