Programs That load After Restart

When I Restart my computer, it takes 15 minutes for it to load because of the
programs that are loading. I can see them loading at the bottom right of the
screen. My question is : How can I pull up a list of programs that load on
Restart and then permanently stop the ones I do not want to load on Restart??
Can someone assist me, Thank You,
 
try clicking
start>run>msconfig

see startups under the
appropriate tab

then under svcs tab
"hide" microsoft svcs
to see services that
may be starting up
as well.
