Programs Menu > sub menu speed

I have win xp home on my desktop, and win xp pro on my laptop. What I notice
is that when I go through the program menu on the home machine, (start > all
programs) I have to pause on a program for the sub menu to pop out. Whereas
with the xp pro machine, the sub menu pop out as soon as the mouse lands on
the programs very quickly.

Is there a setting somewhere that allows me to change xp home to do this
too?
