Programs just keep reopening

My computer has plent of memory and has a 2.8 pentium 4
processor. I do only have windows 2000 though. I scanned
for viruses and nothing came up. My computer is
constantly running at 100%. There are currently 92
processes running. Everytime I try closing some of them
they just keep reopening. There are like 10 processes
that read windrws.exe. If any one could help me I'll be
willing to reward them! Thanks!

The Sasser Worm virus runs CPU load at 100% and l would
suspect it... there's an epidemic right now...
