programs dont open full-screen

when I open new programs I only get partial screens,So I cant see the
"accept", or "next" buttons to continue...Please help, I`m stuck

Hi

Try this:

Drag the window to the size you want it - don't use Maximise - then close
that window via File>Exit/Close.
