You're not listening! You fix can't even fix what it's supposed to. Assume it's not a virus. If you
go into the registry and add that one disabling value (DisableRegistryTools), you can no longer edit
the registry. Note here that a virus is not causing you to be unable to enter the registry, it's a
setting in the registry. Your fix CANNOT RUN, because registry editing is disabled. Besides running
a vbs file or maybe a different form of editing, registry editing will remain disabled. IT WILL NOT
WORK. You need to fix it.
