Programs and features ! HELP !

For some reason I can no longer open Programs and features in the control
panel. I click on it and nothing happens, I right click and nothing happens..
everything else opens ok in control panel but this..

Running vista ultimate 64 with full admin rights

Hate vista ! Love vista ! hate vista ! love Vista !
