Programming MS Win CE.Net missing chapter code

I have just noticed that Boling's "Programming MS Win CE.NET" cdrom is
missing the code from chapter 14, "Device to Device Communication", which of
course just happens to be the chapter I am interested in. I have checked the
MSPress support web site but I could not find an update to the cdrom's
contents. Does anyone know where I can get hold of it?

I have the source from the CD installed on one of my machines and I see the
following ch14 folders, all of which contain files:
- BtHello
- MySquirt
- ObexSquirt

These are beneath <install path>\Microsoft Press\Programming CE .NET
3\Chap14

Perhaps something went wrong when you installed the files? Do you see the
same thing if you reinstall or install on another computer?

Andrew,

I must admit I did not install the samples I just looked directly on the cd.
On the cd there is a folder "Code" which has the samples from the book apart
from chapters 7 and 14, so I assumed they were missing. I have now installed
from the cd and magically chapter 14 shows up.
