Programmatically turn on/off flight mode.

After lots of google searching I've found that I need to call extended tapi
lineSetEquipment & lineregister calls but not sure if this is possible with
PPC2003 VS2005.

Any pointers greatly received.

I've found out that the lineSetEquipmentState & lineRegister tapi uses the
cellcore.dll so I may be able to work out the api declarations etc... from
that.

another step forward anyway.
