programmatically change password

Is there any way to tap into the Win2K OS to be able to execute some code
upon logging that can then change a password? The reason is I want to have a
customer log into the PC as a normal user. But under some circumstances, I
might want to be able to give them temporary access to a higher account. So
a dialog shuold display some information like the serial number and an
iteration count. The customer would give me that information and I could
tell them a password that would log them into the higher account. But as
that is happening, the iteration count would be incremented and the password
would be changed, so the same password could not be used later to gain
access.

TIA,

Bill

Hi Bill-

I don't think we have a pre-made solution that meets our crtiteria, but I
would suggest looking at the Microsoft Script Center for some good building
blocks (link below) and try poting this message to the
microsoft.public.windows.server.scripting newsgroup instead.
