First check your start up programs groups from system information(it's in
start menu-->programs-->accessories--->system tools) and select software
environment then see the startup programs. If your program file is here
goto 'MSCONFIG ' and check ur startup options. de-select your program file
from the listing. If your not find your file here
once check start-->all programs--->start up
