Program won't share on small network

I have networked 3 XP computers through a Lynksys router
(no problem). All 3 hardrives are shared however on one
of the computers, a certain program will not open on the
other 2 computers. When the program is accessed from one
of the other computers, I get a message saying that can't
find certain/many .dll files. PLEASE HELP!!! I'M GOING
INSANE TRYING TO OPEN THIS PROGRAM!!!
 
This is an expected result unless you are running a client/server program or
it is installed on both machines. If you want to run a program on a remote
machine, use a remote desktop connection.
