Program wont open

I am having trouble opening one of my programs. It wont open from the desktop
or the program menu. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted etc. any
suggestions?
 
It is Nero-Burning Rom program for burning cd's. I have never had any
problems with it until now. It's a program I have regularly used for the past
year.
 
Well someone is going to ask you what it is, and what the error message
is, and did you check the program vendor web site.
