Hello,
I've encountered an odd problem that I'm guessing is related to the
operating system (XP Home Edition). For some time now, I've been using an
open-source executable (.exe) program called Yoshikoder, which is available
at the following site: http://www.yoshikoder.org/downloads.html).
Yesterday, upon booting up my computer, I ran the program. Nothing happened.
I tried running it again (I was probably too impatient -- the computer was
still running through my Norton virus check etc.) This time, I received the
following message: "Yoshikoder seems to be open already. Please
close this instance first."
I tried rebooting, shutting off the computer, manually shutting down the
program and any related processes through a CTRL-ALT-DELETE process. Nothing
worked. Same message every time.
The interesting thing is I CAN make the program run by switching users
(i.e., logging into my wife's account). Works fine there.
Any thoughts on what I need to do to make the program run from my account?
Thanks kindly for your attention to my question.
