Program to enable personal keyboard config

I would like to see a program that enables one to change the key positions to
suit individual preferences, the querty key positions were arranged to
prevent jamming on the mechanical typrwriter.

I believe there are numerous products out there that can do this. However, I
don't think you'll find out about them in this newsgroup, as it's devoted to
questions about Access, the database product that's part of Office
Professional.
