Program starts up for all users

My daughter's family has a computer running Win2000. Each family member
has their own account.

My granddaughter installed Instant Messenger (IM) on the family computer
and it automatically loads on startup. She is happy but other family
members are not. When they logon IM automatically loads - significantly
increasing startup time and creating annoying windows to shut down.

How can I keep everyone happy; have IM load on startup for Colleen but
for no one else?

TIA,
Grampy

Log into each user's account and start AIM. Change AIM's preferences
from within the program itself. Uncheck anything that has it start with
Windows.
