program started running on its own. help, please!!!

I need help. A Windows program started running on its
own and ever since my computer has not run properly. It
is: C:\Windows\gujtwg.exe
Can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it
so my computer will run normal speed and properly.

Look in this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

You might also try Googling for "gujtwg" to see what it actually is.
