Program running.. can't find

I dowloaded a program and I had used it for a minute and then i x'ed out of
it. When I try to get back in it says program already running. I can't find
it in the task manager and I had uninstalled and reinstalled it and still
says program already running.... where is it?

When you look in Task Manager look for the process, not the application. End
the process then start your program.
