how do i re arrange my program menu as its getting full
I assume you mean
Start Button -> All Programs?
Right click on the Start button and select:-
Open
This will open the folder:-
C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Start Menu
Then double click on the "Programs" folder within the above folder to
get:-
C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Start Menu\Programs
Also click on:-
Open all users
Then on its "Programs" folder to get:-
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
You will probably see program shortcuts in BOTH these folders.
The ones in the "Your User Name" folder will be visible to only you.
The ones in the "All Users" will be visible to all users.
You can MOVE them (don't COPY them) from one to the other.
Whether you have them in "All Users" or "Your User Name" is entirely
up to you depending on which programs you want other users (if any) on
your computer to be able to access.
Now to organise them.
Make new folders within the above "Programs" folders such as:-
Games
Business
Utilities
etc.
etc.
(whatever you want) then MOVE the shortcuts into the relevant new
folders.
