Program List

When I hover over ALL PROGRAMS in the START menu I get a two column list of
programs. The problem is that the last program in each column is below the
screen border and I can not see them. At the top of the list there is a 1/2 to
3/4 inch space where the list could move up and I wouldn't lose the top
programs.

Is there a way to fix this?

Rearranging the Start Menu

Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Then open the Programs folder.
Create new subfolders then rearrange shortcuts.
OR
You can also configure your programs list to scroll which results in one large
column.
Right-click the Start button
Go to Properties
Click the Customize button.
Click the Advanced tab.
Scroll through the list until you see the item "Scroll Programs".
Check that and hit OK.

Hate the scroll and the other solution didn't work either.
