Windows XP SP2

I used to be able to program the buttons along the top of the keyboard. I
seem to recall it was done through Control Panel > Printers and Other
Hardware. However. I can't find that functionality now. Can anyone tell me
if something has changed or how to do this? Thanks.

Visit the web site of the manufacturer of your keyboard
and download the software designed for your specific
keyboard model and Windows XP.

The problem was that the "Buttons" tab was missing from:
Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware > Keyboard
The solution was to uninstall Windows Update KB908531.
