Program Installation Errors

I was trying to install the Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor, I got..."Common
Language Runtime Debugging Services...appl caused exception that couldn't be
handled." When I clicked "Cancel" to debug the appl got..."Registered JIT
debugger not available. Try to launch JIT deb. w/ cordbg.exe. Can't find
anything abt JIT. Help?

too!
