Program Freezing

I will be happily working in the program and with very
little to no warning it will freeze up, I can't save, I
just have to hit ctrl-alt-dlt and get out of there before
it screws up the rest of my computer. Anyone else having
this problem, if so, any tips?

Hi Elinor,

Most freezing issues are due to conflicts between codecs. Check the Problem
Solving > Acceleration and Codecs page of my website for some ideas about
resolving it.

Hello there,

There is a good chance that you have trouble with things called
CODEC's....I have written a program that is now in widely used called
"Rename Codecs" you can download this from my web site. If it really is a
codec issue this will solve it for you.....there is a tutorial that will
take all of a minute to read in the tutorials section of my site...
