\program files\xerox folder; why??

I have an empty folder inside \program files named xerox, that I can not
delete because it says the folder is in use. By whom?? Must be the
system, since I have no xerox devices/software. I'm assuming WIA, tho I
do not have the WIA Service running.

Anyone have an explaination?

Been asked before. Directory is installed with XP, and non-removable, as
I recall.
Just ignore it.
