When a software is being istalled in a system it takes space in Program
files of C drive as well as it also show nearly same amount of space in
Uninstall a program of control panel. Is both share the same space of memory
or both have differnt space in memory ?If they have differnt spaces then why
the system consuming double amount of space

I am unsure of what you are saying.

When most applications install themselves onto a Windows system - they put
their unique files in their own folder someplace - usually a sub-directory
under the "Program Files" (or similar) folder.

The Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs is just a convenient interface
for listing/adding/removing most well behaved things you install (it is not
folder.)

In other words - you are over-thinking things.
