Program directory opens

When I start my computer my program directory opens up
every time.
It is not set in the autostart directory, so I suspect
that there must be some registry setting to do.
Could you please help me out with this matter.
It`s rather annoying.

Which directory, other than Programs? Either way: Go to Start/Run/Regedit

Verify that all the values in these keys do not contain any incorrect,
incomplete, or null entries (such as ""). Also make sure that all entries
that have spaces are included within quotes. These values can be checked
here: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
