Profiles

I just installed a new hdd and installed W2K pro. I left my old HDD in so
that I could gradually move files to the new HDD. I have 7 user profiles
that have become very large in size. What would be the best way to move or
copy to the new hdd and basically only moving the user created files and
folders ?

Just about all files in a user's profile are created by
the user. Have a look at a newly created profile - it
is largely empty (with the exception of the registry
file, which you do need).
