Profiles for new user on XP Pro

I have added a new user to my system and want to have the same desktop icons
etc. I tried using the user profiles "copyto" function but it is grayed out.
Anyone know how the correct way to do this?
 
CopyTo will be greyed out if you are logged on to the "source" user profile.
Login as administrator and use CopyTo.
