I have 2 profiles because I have two different exchange servers I connect to.
I need to keep a synchronized calendar on my local PST, since I don't keep
it on the server. How can I do this?

By hand. Create a local PST and manually merge the Calendar from each
Exchange server into a Calendar folder in the local PST. Add that PST to
each profile. You will not be notified of anything in the local Calendar
folder, though, since Outlook issues reminders only fot the delivery
location's Calendar, which is most likely the Exchange server in each
profile.
