profile problems

we hava a secretary who takes care of 4 (different users) mailboxes, we
setup outlook 4 profiles (exchange, all on the same exchange server) for
each of them. The problem is when switching profiles it allways asks the
username and password, even if we check that it remembers it.

You shouldn't be prompted for credentials at all, under normal circumstances
(unless you're using RPC over HTTP). What's the exact setup (including the
version & SP on Exchange and Outlook)?

My real question is, why are four Outlook profiles needed? Why can't this
user be granted full mailbox access (and perhaps send on behalf of, or send
as, rights) to the other three mailboxes, so he/she can open them all up
within one profile?

Ah. OK, but why do you use PST files for delivery/storage, though? This is
really not recommended.....it somewhat negates the value of having an
Exchange server, if you ask me.

Thanx for this advice, i solved this problem via an ftp through IIS, but
will try to persuade
to get more Storage for exchange thx

That's a good idea....storage, and make sure that the server can be
completely backed up using proper techniques so you can do disaster
recovery. A full online backup, every night, is the best way to go.

Anyway, glad you've got everything working for now, tho.
