Profile Migration

If I have a Windows XP prof stand alone pc that have local user account
craeted. I subsequently join this pc to domain, and log in this pc with
domain user account profile.

I wish to know what is the right approach to migrate local user profile to
domain user profile.

Copy everything in the profile EXCEPT NTUSER.DAT to the Domain profile.
