Profile issue

I do not get it .... the same user name and password as always..... Vista
says " you have logged on with a temp user profile .... "
It took me 3-4 log ins to finally log on to my profile.
Any ideas?

Hi,

When Windows logs you into a temporary user profile, it means that the one
you were trying to log on with is corrupted. Quite often, this is not
recoverable and the solution is to create a new account for yourself and
move your files over into it. You could try a System Restore to a point
prior to this issue, but this does not always help. If you have an image
backup, now would be the time to use it.
