Profile Help

Whenever any of the users try to sign on a message pops up
saying that access is denied to the profile and to contact
the network administrator. What should i do to correct
this?
 
Make sure that each user has full control of their respective profile.

I did make sure. The message exactly is this: "Windows
cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded.
Contact you network administator" I've tried over and over
again but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks.
