profile for outlook

I have recently signed with wanadoo for my broadband, and for some reason
when I try to load outlook it asks me to enter a new profile. When I do
this usingpop3 as my server the message I get says that the server is not
recognised or does not recognise me. Unfortunately wanadoo only support
outlook express and can't/won't help with outlook is there any one who will.

I'd suggest trying one of the Outlook-related newsgroups (they start
microsoft.public.outlook)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
