Profile Cannot Be Loaded

One of our client desktops on a Win2K network will allow Administrators to
login but when one of the users tries to login they get a message saying
"profile cannot be loaded". The original user of this box can however login..
Any ideas?

We need a bit more information?

1. Is the server 2000 SP4? (There was a change in ownership requirements)
2. Is this a roaming or local profile?
3. What is the error and error number in the Event log?
4. Does the user have permissions and ownership of the path? Does Admin?
5. Is this only this user? only this machine?
