Hi,

I am looking for any samples of a production worksheet. I have to use raw
materials, report usage and losses plus output from 15 sources on a daily
basis. I will need monthly summaries for balancing and reporting purposes.
Sound familiar? If yes, please contact me.

You might get ideas by seeing other worksheets, but the best ones come
from adapting your own paper system - which I'll bet exists already.
