i posted earlier about being prompted to enter my pid code
after 2 years of having the product...well i been sittin
here trying to find my pid code and i looked somewhere it
told me to go to help and support to look up under my
computer information and somewhere in there my PID code
would be there and when i went to look everything said
"undefined" now i know i registered and activated my
windows xp i did just have a trojan pwstealer type virus
that i just got rid of and i believe my internet explorer
was hijacked (what ever that means)i dont know if that is
the reason i am experiencing this i guess ill have to buy a
whole new copy of xp so i can reformAt this mess anyone
have advice....also im now very computer literate so go
easy when explaining things

ok i said i was computer illiterate not stupid i know
where the sticker is supposed to be but my computer is from
a place that builds them and i purchased xp separate i have
the disk but not the stickers that came with it(lost)
