You do not necessarily need a product number. You only need a product number
if you are trying to install the software on your computer. When you
purchase the software, it comes with all needed numbers.
If Charlie indeed owns the Program this will help, however since he asks if he
needs to purchase the software, Belarc will provide no useful information.
