Product Key

My product key does not work, and I tried calling but
they keep me on hold forever. How do I get a working
product key so that I can start using my Microsoft office
product. The key that is on the computer is invalid.

If this is an OEM copy of Word, supplied with a computer, then take it up
with your computer supplier.
