i have had alot of problems with my old hard drive and i
had to reinstall xp many times. I now have a new hard
drive and went to register it but when i tried the
windows where you put the product key came back and said
i have used the product key to many times. what do i do
to fix this, or do i really need to do anything?

I think the usual advice is to call MS and they'll have you up in a few
minutes.

I assume you mean activate, not register.

Just call the 800 number you are given, and activate by phone.
It's quick and easy.

I am in Taiwan.
I dont know there is a limit of product key use.
I sometimes install my xp maybe 3 times a day.
I have not meet the same problem with yours.
Strange? Just boring.
