customer support.

Things are busy right now. Good news is you don't need a product key to
install. Simply click next at the screen where you would enter the key.
Later you will be prompted for the edition to install, pick the one based on
the key you will have. Once installed, Vista will run for 30 days without a
product key. Once the servers are less busy, go get your key and activate
Vista with that key and you'll be good to go.
