When I enter my product key it wont work. I know it is correct - got it off
the label on my HP computer. Purchased it new with windows vista home
premium & office 2007.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem. Says it doesn't recognize "5's" and won't let me
put it in. --

The label on your computer is for Windows Vista, not for Office, and, unless
you explicitly paid a good bit extra for it, Office 2007 is probably the
trial version, anyway.

Mine doesn't have any 5's in it. But I did play with mine one night and it
would'nt recognize 5,e,a,s,l,u,i,o,z,n,1,0

This is the product key off of my disks for Office 2007. Not my Windows
product key. I have doubled checked it twice, and it still will not allow me
to put it in. I paid extra for the Office 2007 when I got my computer, but I
still had to activate it with the key. It allowed me to do it then. I
wanted to purchase Publisher, since I only have a trial, and it told me to
insert the product key for my Office. It would not allow me.

Here is the product code for my office 2007 - 6p4jgh7m4q8by2bvfqg8g88fp
also my windows product id is 89578-oem-7332157-00061 any help you
can give will be appreciated

I did pay extra for mine, and the program came pre-installed from HP so
dont even have any discs. I just delayed entering the product key -now it
wont accept it -

You should not ever post such information online. I'm surprised, though,
that the letters appear to be lowercase since product keys usually use
uppercase letters. I don't know whether the ID is case-sensitive or not,
but, if it is, that could be part of the problem.

Even for preinstalled software you should have been supplied the disks.
Contact HP and demand them.

It is not case sensitive, or more correctly, the installation program
automatically changes lower case letters into upper case.
