Product Key problems

I am trying to activate Word but it will not accept my product key. This is
a new computer.....

If the product key is on a sticker on the PC, it is probably for Vista. The
Office Suite is probably a trial version installed on your comptuer, and you
would need to purchase the full version to get the product key.
