Product Key Issue

Hi,
I'm trying to install a legal shrink-wrap copy of
Windows2K Pro and it's telling me the product key:
HH27W-29M6M-FD2HB-YJQTK-TFVMT (which appears on the CD
paper jacket)
"is invalid."
is there any way to get help from MS??
I can only find Passport help on line which is FEE PAID.

Not sure about contact number
But check to make sure that that B is really a B not a 8
and visevirsa I have run accross that before
