Product ID

As I can not install my XP version because of an install
error but need the product id to use online support, how
is the product id identified? Is the product id provided
on the original shipping box and/or instruction set.

I find a CD set # and and product key number. But no
Product Id #.
 
Ken - or others - if there is a solution to this problem
please post it here. I have the same problem, I can't
load XP b/c of compatibility probs - haven't been able to
get help here & can't find the ID to ask Microsoft!
